When accessing the MarketMajesty website, the user agrees that the following terms and conditions of use are mandatory to acquire our services. Additionally, the customer accepts and acknowledges their responsibilities when using the website.

REGISTRATION

PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

All our services are indicated in US dollars.

PRICES AND SETTLEMENT

Regarding service prices, the customer will be charged the prices established in the corresponding section, as offered on the website. Prices include value-added tax as provided for by applicable laws in the United Mexican States (16%).

In addition to the purchase price, the customer will be responsible for paying all taxes generated, including value-added tax, consumption, use, privilege, ad valorem, customs, and any other type of taxes, levies, fees, or similar charges, taxes levied or increased under any municipal, state, federal, international, or any other nation's law, rule, ordinance, or regulation regarding the services sold to the customer. If the seller, for any reason, is obliged to pay such taxes, the buyer must reimburse such amounts to the seller immediately upon request. The customer will provide, at the seller's request, any tax exemption certificate.

Likewise, to the extent required by applicable laws in each country, customers agree to send us duly completed tax forms to allow us to make all required submissions to the tax authorities.

PRICE CHANGES

We may change prices and/or introduce new charges in addition to prices at our sole discretion with thirty (30) days' written notice to the user.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may increase prices immediately and with contemporaneous notification.

PAYMENT

The price of the services will be paid in advance by credit card or other payment method accepted on the website.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

To provide any service, it will be necessary to cover 100% of the amount, including taxes.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payments may be made via accepted credit or debit card.

We are not responsible for delays in our services in cases of fortuitous events or force majeure. Under no circumstances will MarketMajesty pay penalties for delays in delivering our services.

PRIVACY OF USER'S PERSONAL DATA

The information provided by users will be treated as confidential and will only be disclosed to third parties to fulfill the purposes of MarketMajesty's services and in cases established by law, acting in good faith. MarketMajesty will take all reasonable measures to safeguard all information obtained.

By accepting these terms and conditions of use, the user acknowledges and accepts that MarketMajesty will not be liable in the event that, through infiltration, virus, or any malicious conduct, a third party steals confidential information from the MarketMajesty website.

By accepting these terms and conditions, users authorize MarketMajesty to use this information for the purpose of providing digital marketing services.

By entering their information on the website, users acknowledge that MarketMajesty may alter such information when there is clear evidence that the information provided by users is incomplete, incorrect, or untrue. SANCTIONS

Users who engage in any conduct contrary to the law, good customs, morals or these terms and conditions of use, will be subject to the sanction of account suspension, without prejudice to any other legal action that may correspond by law.
